Professional Project Management Services (PPMS) helps clients complete projects successfully around the world.

PPMS manages projects through detailed CPM planning and scheduling using Primavera Project Management software.   While we enjoy helping clients plan and manage their projects from initiation to completion and prevent problems, delays, and claims, we are prepared and capable of stepping into a project during any phase to assist in bringing a project to completion.  When problems do arise on a project PPMS is capable of performing detailed analysis to determine the exact cause of delays and develop work around solutions to get the project moving again at the most favorable cost.  Owners and their attorney's rely on PPMS to perform detailed analysis of delay and productivity claims in preparation for mediation, arbitration or court hearings.  PPMS president Mike Stone is the CPM Guru with over 16 years of specialized experience planning, analyzing, problem solving, negotiating claims on all types of projects.  We match every clients needs with a PPMS associate that has at least 20 years of project experience on similar projects.   We sell expertise, experience and judgment on every job.
