Michael E. Stone,
PMP, PSP - President of PPMS with over 26 years of experience in the
construction industry. Mr. Stone has been the contractor's project
manager, the engineers representative and for the past 10 years the
owner's representative on major facility projects. As the owner's
representative he has been responsible for soliciting proposals for
design and construction work, overseeing all aspects of projects
including change issues and resolution of disputes. His
experience includes work on process plants, material handling / shipping
terminals, airport civil work, roads / highways, utilities, municipal
water & wastewater facilities.
Mike is currently acting as the owner's
construction manager for multiple design and construction projects for
the Fort Bend County Toll Road Authority and working on multiple claims
for several clients. |
Chad Essex - Associate - Chad is currently working as a consultant
to manage the Ft. Bend County Toll Road Authorities day to day
operations and maintenance. Chad maintains the capital improvement
schedule for Ft. Bend County Levee District #2 and is proficient in the
use of Primavera scheduling software and other software to develop and
prepare reports for multiple clients.
Chad is currently working on becoming certified as a PMP and PSP.

Carrie Trevino
- Associate: Carrie manages our office and all aspects
of document control from routine projects through claims. She also
produces our reports and "Board Books" for all of our clients where we
act as their agent managing design and construction of their capital
projects. |
Nova Sadler Associate: Nova currently is a providing
assistance in schedule maintenance on multiple projects using Primavera
P6 and web meeting software. By focusing on the regular and
routine maintenance of schedules and using the web meeting tools Nova is
able to provide real time schedule maintenance to multiple projects
remotely which is very cost efficient. This has the effect of
having a scheduler on site all of the time without the cost.

Hubert Cook, PMP - has
over 30 years of experience in industrial and process plant
construction and maintenance planning. Hubert has traveled the
world planning and managing major petrochemical and process plant
construction. There is no better maintenance outage planner in
North America than Mr. Cook, bar none. Hubert's work last spring was
instrumental in keeping a $10 million 14 day outage on track in the

Larry Hubbard, PMP, PSP - Larry has over 30 years of experience
and has focused on heavy industrial projects in the petro chemical
industry including offshore projects as well as upstream production
